Little Big Band Theory is a subset of the Big Big Band Theory. Jim Edwards, our music director, had the idea of creating a smaller ensemble that could present music with more subtle musical colours. If you’ve heard BBT live, you know it’s a musical force, and not just in volume. The LIttle BBT will present several arrangements by Jim tailored just for this special performance. The results of this experiment, as heard at rehearsals, have been extremely pleasing.
